On August 6, 2025, Mr. Tran Thanh Nghiep, Director of the Smart Manufacturing Solutions Center at TMA Solutions, attended the seminar “Revolutionizing Smart Manufacturing - Integrating Robotics and Artificial Intelligence to Optimize Production” held at Block71 Saigon, Ho Chi Minh City.

Technology Applications in Manufacturing

The seminar brought together professionals from the manufacturing and technology sectors to exchange knowledge on the application of digital technologies in production. Key topics included the use of automation, robotics, predictive maintenance, digital twin technology, and artificial intelligence (AI) in manufacturing operations.

The agenda covered:

  • The role of robotics in improving process accuracy and reducing labor costs

  • Use of real-time sensor data for predictive maintenance

  • Applications of digital twins in performance monitoring and production planning

  • AI solutions to support decision-making in manufacturing environments

Live demonstrations were also conducted to showcase tools designed for manufacturing, including examples of predictive maintenance and digital twin implementations through simulation.

As a speaker at the event, Mr. Tran Thanh Nghiep presented an overview of current technology trends in smart manufacturing, both in Vietnam and internationally.
